As we anticipated yesterday, the ETR 500 Mercitalia Fast regularly arrived in Napoli Centrale today’s morning.

The transfer from Bologna Interporto took place in the night, along all the traditional lines, with arrival in Marcianise in the very first morning and subsequent transfer to the main station of the Campania chief town.

The stop in Napoli allowed us to be able to annotate some small changes particularly interesting. We had reported in a previous article the inconsistencies on the markings of some coaches (Railways: the strangeness of the ETR 500 Mercitalia Fast). We do not know if anyone has read our article, the fact is that now they are all completely new.

To be precise, here are the following:

93 83 240 4 514-6 I-MIR
93 83 240 4 516-1 I-MIR
93 83 029 8 010-8 I-MIR
93 83 029 8 043-9 I-MIR
93 83 029 8 044-7 I-MIR
93 83 029 8 045-4 I-MIR
93 83 029 8 046-2 I-MIR
93 83 029 8 071-0 I-MIR
93 83 029 8 079-3 I-MIR
93 83 029 8 084-3 I-MIR
93 83 029 8 131-2 I-MIR
93 83 029 8 133-8 I-MIR
93 83 029 8 219-5 I-MIR
93 83 029 8 257-5 I-MIR

In addition to this, the overall marking of the convoy is also significant: on the front, with a red writing on the green band, it recites M 01 with indication A and B depending on the locomotive.

The train should therefore be named ETR 500 M 01.
